What our program offers: The Jane S. Roberts K-8 Center Biomedical/ Forensics Academy begins in 6th grade and completes in 8th grade. Students in the middle school receive pre-requisite coursework that will assist their acceptance into various senior high schools offering Biomedical or Forensic academies. Course work will entail classes in Anatomy and Physiology, Health Services, Biomedical Science, Forensic Science and Research Methods. Students will be immersed in intensive research, lab work, reports, and projects.
Admission Requirements: Admission is open to any elementary student who has successfully completed the first semester of 5th grade with a MINIMUM 2.5 grade point average.
